As an Internal Recruiter, your role will include:
Headhunting
* Supporting our growth by headhunting consultants and engineers from entry level up to Director across eight offices
* Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
* Engaging with passive candidates and industry networks to attract top talent
* Managing the offer process
* Support general recruitment administration across the business
What do we look for?
* Good telephone etiquette, ability to objection handle and follow up
* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
* Proactive, solutions-focused, with a collaborative approach
* Passion for people and driving organisational growth
