We are working with a vibrant and multi-faceted hospitality group to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join their growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in West London, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a people-first, fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on generalist role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across all areas of HR, from recruitment and employee relations to training, performance, and culture. You’ll be a trusted advisor to managers, helping to foster a positive and supportive working environment across the business.
What we’re looking for:
* Solid experience in an HR management or business partner role, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or a similarly dynamic industry
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* A proactive and approachable attitude, with a genuine passion for people and culture
* Experience supporting line managers with HR processes, performance management, and team development
* Confidence working in a standalone or small-team HR environment
