Working for a large public service organisation with Headquarters based in Carmarthen. The organisation offers parking for staff and is accessible via some public transport routes.
Your new role
Maintaining electronic filing systems and staff records
Coordination of the services employee benefit schemes, work experience placements and identity cards/badges
Record and provide information/answers to routine enquiries on HR matters via the HR support desk
Ensure relevant departments are notified of new starters, transfers, promotions throughout the service
Coordinate/undertake scanning and filing duties with regard to personnel records, general upkeep of archiving of the filing systemsWhat you'll need to succeed
Previous administration or HR admin experience
You must be able to communicate in the medium of Welsh.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
Access to offices in Carmarthen - role mainly office-based
What you'll get in return
Temporary role for 3 months with possible extension
£14.09 per hour
