As Head of People and Operations, you will lead the HR & People Strategy, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture where everyone can do their best work. You will champion employee wellbeing, developing policies and initiatives that support mental health, work-life balance, and career development. In addition you will oversee organisational operations to ensure they have strong systems, processes, and governance in place to support their impact, and implement workplace practices that align with their mission.
