iRecruit4 are seeking a motivated and ambitiousSales Executiveto join a busy sales team. In this role, you will focus on generating new sales and revenue by engaging with both new prospects and previous customers. You will play a key part in building strong customer relationships, converting leads into new business, and promoting the companys full range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities for Sales Executive:
* Conduct outbound calls and emails to new prospects, following up on potential leads.
* Identify new opportunities within the existing customer base and convert them into sales revenue.
* Understand customer needs and secure the company as their preferred supplier.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up.
* Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Ideal Candidates experience:
* Proven experience in telephone sales or business development, preferably in a fast paced, target driven environment.
* Track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
* Ability to manage and grow a customer base, particularly previous customers.
* Strong customer relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and protentional telephone manner.
* Collaborative team player with professionalism and credibility in dealings with customers.
* Self motivated, energetic, organised, reliable, and able to maintain high standards under pressure.
* Comfortable using PC systems and internal sales tools.
