Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, main contractor, and fit-out sectors. Develop relationships with contractors, architects, and key decision-makers. Deliver compelling introductory presentations and manage client meetings via Teams, Zoom, or in person. Qualify incoming enquiries, ensuring accurate handover to the Estimating/Bid Team. Present and follow up on quotations, samples, and technical submissions. Work closely with the Marketing Team to support lead generation via social media, e-shots, and case studies. Maintain all client and project activity via CRM (HubSpot), keeping your pipeline clean, current, and full. Track and report your weekly/monthly activity against performance targets. Support smooth handover to Projects Team post-sale, ensuring a first-class customer journey. What You’ll Bring: A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within construction, building materials, or interiors. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and Microsoft Office tools. A proactive, can-do mindset with a team-player attitude.
