HR Admin- Immediate Start
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a wonderful company based in Nuneaton. We are looking for an exceptional HR Administrator for an exciting temporary opportunity in the head offices of this well-known brand. This is an initial month to two month temporary role but could have longer term opportunties. As a result candidates must be Immediatly available. The essential responsibilities of the role include:Ensuring all RTW checks are completedManaging employee files Chasing references and documents Updating contracts and terms of employment. Manging a HR inbox Organising and sending interview confirmations Efficiently collation and processing of timesheets Assistance with payroll and queries Other general and ad hoc HR administration duties Offering a first class level of support to the HR teamThe successful applicant must be a proactive and hard-working individual with a real drive to provide an exceptional level of administration support. Existing knowledge of HR functions is essential within a similar HR administration/Shared Service Centre environment.
