Salary: £38,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience with QRM or similar risk modelling systems Understanding of financial planning, risk modelling, and large dataset manipulation Advanced Excel and analytical skills to work with complex datasets Structured, numerical/analytical mindset to partner with senior stakeholders Strong background in financial services forecasting, balance sheet or ALM modelling Previous accounting background or degree in accounting is advantageous Responsibilities: Enhance and develop QRM-driven forecasting and modelling across the Group Design and build enhanced QRM forecasting and IRRBB modelling capabilities Improve existing models across key product areas Develop new modelling approaches for emerging product lines Ensure data integrity through rigorous reconciliation Document modelling logic to high governance standards Contribute to strengthening controls and assurance frameworks Support system integrations and data feed enhancements Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize demands effectively Prepare and present high-quality analysis to GALCO and subcommittees Explain complex modelling concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues Influence strategy and support long-term financial sustainability of the Society Technologies: Excel Support More: We are Coventry Building Society, a purpose-led mutual organization, proudly serving over four million members and committed to ethical banking.
