We are looking for an HR Manager for a 3 month contract. This is a HR Generalist role with general employment law and practices experience required.
This role will require you to be in the office 3 days a week based in Bracknell.
Skills and experience:
1. Must have strong experience in UK employment law and pay practices.
2. Consult regularly with management and provide guidance on UK employment law and practices.
3. Competence and experience in HR Generalist/Business Partner activities, continuous improvement/proactive nature
4. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with business leaders and collaborate with colleagues in thehuman resources to develop solutions, programs and policies.
5. Accountable for executing all talent review programs, including 9 Box, succession planning, talent calibration discussions and employee development identification.
6. Execute HR programs and communications focused on driving employee engagement.
7. Able to guide people managers in a performance improvement plan, redundancy termination, and probation process.
8. Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
9. Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with legal department as needed.
