Equity Reward Manager - Employer Reward Services
Base Location: London plus network of 20 offices

This role is within our Reward Practice team, based in London (other locations considered).
We seek talented Reward specialists excited about working in a growing business. The successful candidate will be involved in business development, including client proposals, presentations, and technical writing. We offer excellent opportunities for learning and growth.
What will you be doing?
Managing and delivering client projects related to Reward workflows, including:
* Collaborating with senior leaders to design and structure equity or cash incentive plans, considering tax, commercial, and accounting impacts, and reviewing existing plans.
* Advising on tax implications of corporate transactions and structuring of compensation plans.
* Designing plans for employees, including share purchase plans.
* Advising Remuneration Committees on reward strategy, governance, and ESG practices.
* Drafting Director’s Remuneration Reports.
* Benchmarking pay and benefits.
* Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities.
Additional responsibilities include building client relationships, working with other teams for integrated advice, mentoring junior team members, developing innovative solutions, and managing engagement quality and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Strong technical and client service skills, with business development experience.
* ATT and/or CTA/ACA/Legal qualifications.
Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:
* Experience designing/investing in incentive plans considering tax and commercial impacts.
* Experience with employee share plans and advising on reward strategy.
* Experience drafting remuneration reports and benchmarking.
