Established eight years ago, the business is entering a transformative phase with a newly appointed C - suite board and is now seeking a dynamic HR professional to help shape its people strategy and support future growth.
This role is ideal for a hands-on HR Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building culture, performance, and process from the ground up.
The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
1. Lead and manage a small HR team, including a Labour Manager and HR Administrator
2. Drive employee engagement and foster a positive, inclusive culture across multiple project sites
3. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
4. Develop and implement core HR policies, processes, and systems
5. Deliver performance management and learning & development frameworks
6. Coordinate pay, reward, and employee benefits programmes
7. Collaborate with the Safety Officer to promote health, safety, and well-being initiatives
