The Role As the sole HR specialist, you will provide a comprehensive service to the Headteacher and Governing Body. Start Date: ASAP (Full-time, Permanent) Key responsibilities include: Staff Wellbeing: Developing and implementing initiatives to promote mental health and work-life balance across the staff body. Absence Management: Monitoring staff attendance, conducting return-to-work interviews, and managing occupational health referrals. Note Taking: Serving as the professional clerk for formal HR hearings and staff committee meetings. Induction: Designing and delivering high-quality induction programmes for new starters to ensure a smooth integration into the school. Salary Range: £40,317 – £62,496 (M1 – UPS3 equivalent)
