The job:
* Supporting skilled tradespeople on site
* Assisting with deliveries, material handling, and site prep
* Keeping workspaces clean, safe, and organised
* Working across varied projects in the Borders and beyond
* Being part of a team where everyone mucks in—no egos, just effort
The Person:
* Proven labouring experience
* A CSCS card is beneficial but experience is more important — bring your skills
* A strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Willingness to learn and take initiative
* Ability to work well with others and follow instructions
* Driving licence preferred but not essential
