Remuneration: £50,000 to £60,000 per year dependant on experience

Background
Established in 1972, Eurograde Plant Limited is a family run business specialising in commercial heating solutions within the water waste industry across the UK. Our work consists of working with commercial steam and biogas boilers, gas systems, low temperature hot water, combustion burners and process heating requirements.
We are seeking an experienced Project Site Manager to oversee multiple projects across various sites in the water waste industry. This role is dynamic and requires flexibility as the manager will move between sites and ensure smooth project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the experience to manage teams, subcontractors, and client expectations.
Core Responsibilities
· Manage multiple projects across sites, acting as a non-construction site project manager
· Develop and maintain project Gantt charts to track progress and deadlines
· Create project RAMS (with technical input from the Technical team)
· Coordinate team members, subcontractors (electrical and civil), and on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met
· Oversee deliveries of hired equipment and materials to ensure proper receipt and site readiness
· Coordinate project-related purchase orders with the office
· Assist with project budgeting and quoting for new work (with technical input from the Technical team)
This list is not exhaustive, and the post-holder will be required to undertake other duties, as and when required, which are broadly in line with the above key responsibilities. However, as we are a growing Company, we would expect these duties to evolve and change over time.
Skills, Abilities and Essential Requirements
· Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the team and clients
· Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team as required
· Proficient in IT packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Detail oriented, with a proactive approach to problem solving
· Willingness to travel and stay away from home as required depending on project requirements
Experience and Education
· The successful applicant must have Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
· ISOH or NEBOSH to enable the creation of site-specific RAMS
· Proven experience in running small projects or multiple projects on site, acting as a non-construction site Project Manager
