Key responsibilities
* Drive revenue across corporate, school, group, party, and event bookings.
* Generate new business through networking, outreach, and partnerships.
* Manage and nurture leads using CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
* Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups.
* Deliver presentations, site visits, and tailored proposals.
* Track sales pipelines and performance metrics.
Desired experience
* Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in leisure, hospitality, events, or a similar sector is advantageous.
