The Role As a Sales Executive, you will provide an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales process, demonstrating excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. You will also showcase product knowledge and closing skills to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities Reporting to the Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Demonstrating comprehensive local knowledge, including amenities, schools, transport links, and competitors. Developing a thorough understanding of the companys product and pricing. Effectively following up on leads to convert enquiries into site visits. Achieving sales targets in line with business requirements. What Were Looking For To be successful in this role, you must be: Resilient and driven to achieve personal and organisational targets.
