We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join a dynamic team in Hove. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven sales experience who thrives on building relationships, hitting targets, and being rewarded for results.
As part of the Customer Service and Sales department, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth. as a Sales Executive you’ll support Field Specialists by scheduling appointments, following up on quotes, and converting warm leads into confirmed sales.
As a Sales Executive, your role will include:
* Proactively converting quotes and warm leads into confirmed sales
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell products and services
* Building strong relationships with customers via telephone, email, social media, and online chat
* Responding to customer queries and requests with professionalism and care
* Scheduling and managing customer appointments
What we’re looking for as a Sales Executive:
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Experience in a fast‑paced B2B or B2C environment (call centre, telesales, or similar)
* Previous experience in administration or customer support is an advantage

This is a full‑time, permanent office‑based role in Hove. You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with one evening shift per week and one Saturday shift per month.
