Site Manager
This challenging and exciting opportunity requires an individual with a good technical background and demonstrable experience in taking the responsibility for overseeing engineering-based sites and installations.
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager/Supervisor from the mechanical engineering, industrial or fabrication sectors. An engineering trade qualification is essential. The role is working 42 hours per week with some overseas travel required. A full driving licence is also essential.
Due to sustained growth, a significant forward order workload and a continued commitment to be at the forefront of the industry, our client is now searching for a talented and motivated Site Manager. The successful candidate will have the day-to-day responsibility for the safe, timely and profitable delivery of a wide variety of sites and installations. This will sometimes include managing site-based teams, and resolving any technical, operational and commercial issues as required.
The Role
1. Oversee the activities of the designated site installations and teams, providing guidance, control and structure to the decision-making processes.
2. Ensure the resources available on site are managed to achieve the least cost option to satisfy project objectives.
