This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Site Manager with a strong background in residential construction to take a leading role on a busy site, with the potential for a long-term engagement and progression within future phases. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of site operations to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies Chairing regular site meetings with subcontractors and site team Managing site documentation and reporting to senior management Liaising with NHBC and building control as required Monitoring and maintaining build quality throughout each stage Supporting the Assistant Site Manager and mentoring junior staff where necessary Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on volume residential / housing projects SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - Essential First Aid at Work - Essential CSCS Card - Essential (Black or White card preferred) Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills Confident in managing si...
