Our customer base include installations across organisations from government ministries and large corporates to SMEs. The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join Freshcup’s UK team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be focused on generating service plan sales through outbound calls, lead follow-ups and client conversations. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is keen to learn, hit targets, and grow alongside a business in its UK launch phase. Key Responsibilities Follow up on inbound leads provided through marketing and partnerships Make outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities Arrange meetings and for the Sales Manager to attend where appropriate Present Freshcup’s solution confidently to prospective customers Keep accurate records of conversations, leads and deals in the CRM Consistently work toward and achieve monthly sales targets Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals Requirements Some previous experience in sales, telesales or customer-facing roles Confident communicator on the phone and in writing Energetic, proactive and target-driven Comfortable working in a start-up environment where priorities move quickly Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Self-starter, highly motivated and results-driven Preferred Experience in B2B sales or working with facilities, hospitality or office-based clients Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot What We Offer The chance to join a business at the start of its UK launch Ongoing training and support A collaborative and mission-driven team environment
