We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Administrator or HR Advisor to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is essential in supporting a variety of HR functions and initiatives that contribute to our positive workplace culture. This opportunity could suit someone wanting to progress in HR or having just qualified, and looking for a chance to implement what you have learned and there would be an opportunity to consider an HR Apprentice position working up to 30 hours per week. Alternatively this could suit an experienced HR Advisor looking for a part-time role of 20 hours per week. As an HR Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to HR operations, as an HR Advisor you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of employee relations. Your role will involve handling HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in various HR projects that enhance employee engagement and development. Key Responsibilities: Assist in administering HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and training. Support employee relations activities, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs. Provide clerical support to HR team members, including preparing reports and documents as needed. Manage inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures. Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. Requirements Previous experience in human resources, ideally in an HR administrator or advisor role. Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
