Hours of Work - Shift Rota to cover the showroom opening times
Position pays: £45,000 OTE with an uncapped earning potential and a Company Car

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Volkswagen dealership in Port Talbot. Port Talbot is where the Sinclair Group was created 80 years ago and is still renowned for its unique customer centric approach. You will be representing the UK's best-selling car brand. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Sales Manager, this position is offered on a full-time basis covering 7 days a week on a rota basis, averaging 5 days per week. Working every other weekend with a fixed day off during the week.
Your duties will include:
As a Sales Executive you will be representing both Sinclair Group and Volkswagen Brand. Working as part of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for the end to end customer experience. Day to day you will :
1. Respond to queries from new and existing customers relating to new and used vehicle sales
2. Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service as the face of both Sinclair and the Volkswagen brand.
3. Meet individual sales targets by maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities on finance and insurance products and optional extras
4. Presenting all products in a consistent, unbiased manner and always leading to good customer outcomes
5. Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing
6. Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular knowledge updates
7. Manage the vehicle handover, ensuring compliance with process
8. Adhere to Sinclair Group's and industry regulations relating to the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance.

The ideal applicant will have some previous sales background and demonstrate a confident manner when speaking with customers. The key attributes that we would look for are:
9. Well-spoken and ability to communicate clearly
10. Able to organise a busy schedule and coordinate multiple variable factors
11. Higher level of I.T. literacy and able to utilise full Microsoft suite and able to operate several web-based applications, and iPad
12. Full U.K. drivers’ licence
