We are looking for someone to join our team and be pivotal in growing our membership. Our office is based in Central London but we are open to candidates from anywhere in the UK.
What we are looking for:
* Hunt, build your own pipeline and convert self-employed people into membership
* Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive sustainable membership growth
* Achieve targets set
* Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns to convert prospects into membership
* Accurately promote the benefits of membership ensuring the value proposition is clear and appealing
* Recording all activity within the CRM system (Dynamics)
* Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to identify brand awareness opportunities
About you:
* Proven experience in business development
* Proven experience of achieving targets, ideally exceeding them
* Effective communicator both verbally and written
* Based in the UK with the right to work
* Pro-active approach and uses own initiative
* Numbers-driven and self-motivated
Salary £28-30K, OTE £40-50K
