Job Description
* Ensure that the location achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget.
* Monitor the work of all staff and carry out appraisals, recognise training needs and potential.
* Hold team meetings regularly to communicate targets, standards required, and company and client information.
* Ensure that customers receive a prompt and efficient service and that their food‑service and value expectations are consistently exceeded.
* Conduct Food Safety and Health and Safety risk assessments and uphold all hygiene and safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications
* Focus on using the freshest and best ingredients; the closer you are to the kitchen, the better.
* Ability to work within a team, manage costs, negotiate and build relationships with suppliers, and be compliance‑focused.
* Experience in a similar role, strong supervisory experience, and financial & commercial acumen.
* Analytical problem‑solving skills and a genuine passion for food and customer service.
