Quality Manager - Engineering
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Private healthcare (including dental & optical) + Life assurance + Early Friday finish
Location: Hove (Commutable from: Brighton, Shoreham-by-Sea, Lancing, Burgess Hill, Crawley, Horsham, Uckfield, Haywards Heath)
Are you an experienced Quality Manager from an engineering or manufacturing environment, looking for a senior, long-term role where you can take ownership, influence standards and play a key part in a company's future growth?

This is a well-established engineering manufacturer with over 20 years of success, operating in safety-critical industries including rail and low-voltage electrical systems. The business has a strong reputation, a stable workforce, and quality embedded at the core of its operations as it moves into its next phase of international growth.
In this role, you will manage and develop a small quality and test team, oversee quality management systems within a factory environment, and ensure compliance across engineering and manufacturing processes. The position is fully site-based and suited to someone who enjoys visibility, accountability and long-term impact rather than a short-term or hybrid role.
This role would suit an experienced Quality Manager from an engineering or manufacturing background, looking for senior responsibility, stability and the opportunity to shape quality standards within a growing business.
