Marine Customer Service Manager
📍 Based at South Shields Marine School ¦ 💼 35 hours per week ¦ 💰£32,535 to £34,453 per annum
We are seeking a Marine Customer Service Manager to lead the Marine School’s administration and customer service function at Tyne Coast College.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee and manage the Marine School customer service area and staff to ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times
* Ensuring internal processes for the admission and enrolment of overseas students are updated in accordance with UKVI requirements
* To motivate and develop designated staff to meet key performance targets for their designated areas of responsibility
