Freelance Site Manager – SHDF Project

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee SHDF (Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund) works on a project based in Bradford.
This is a freelance opportunity, starting Monday 23rd February
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day site operations
Manage subcontractors and trades on site
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Maintain high health & safety standards
Liaise with clients, tenants, and project stakeholders
Monitor programme and progress reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience managing SHDF or similar retrofit/social housing projects
Valid SMSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid at Work
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
