We have an exciting new opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our HR Services team, based in the A&O Shearman Belfast office. HR Advice team

The HR Advice team provides timely and accurate generalist administration support to A&O’s HR processes relating to Performance Management, Client Secondments, Terms & Conditions, Leave, Absence and Exit processes across locations such as UK, UAE, and Spain. The team is currently expanding to include specific HR responsibilities from the global network to the Belfast HRSSC. What you will do

Provide administrative support across key HR processes. Manage HR cases via BMC Helix, emails, and phone, answering queries and escalating as necessary. Maintain employee data and files following Data Protection protocols and update the Firms’ iManage personnel file management system and HR information system. Support HR Managers and Specialists with annual HR processes, including bonus payments and salary updates. Escalate issues to the HR Ops Specialist and collaborate with HR teams to find solutions. What you will have

Exceptional customer service skills in a commercial environment. Strong administrative skills with a track record of high-quality work. Effective communication skills at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially documentation drafting. Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work under pressure. CIPD qualification and/or experience with HR case management are desirable. What we can offer you
