Key Responsibilities
1. Provide expert HR advice to senior managers on employee relations, attendance, and workforce planning
2. Lead on disciplinary, grievance, and capability investigations and hearings
3. Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and compliant with legislation
4. Manage and supervise HR staff to deliver an effective service
5. Oversee recruitment and agency worker engagement
6. Monitor attendance and absence management processes
7. Work closely with trade unions and staff representatives
