What You'll Do
Oversee complex catering operations from production to delivery
Manage diverse catering services within a hotel and conference setting
Implement strategic plans and enhance customer service standards
Create a supportive and inclusive team environment
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Vocational catering/hospitality qualifications
Proven success in catering services and financial management
Experience building and managing diverse teams
Commitment to outstanding customer service
