Job Description
1. Customer Development and Maintenance:
A. Proactively develop customers in the UK and other countries through email, telephone, and other channels;
B. Conduct regular face-to-face visits to customers to solidify partnerships;
C. Participate in international trade exhibitions to expand local markets and follow up with customers after the exhibition.
2. Order Process Management:
A. Track order progress to ensure on-time delivery;
B. Handle customer after-sales issues and provide practical solutions;
C. Coordinate with internal production, technology, and other departments to optimise order execution processes.
3. Documentation and Logistics Coordination:
A. Assist in the preparation of export packing lists, invoices, and other trade documents;
B. Coordinate logistics arrangements to ensure smooth shipment of goods;
C. Responsible for the international transportation of exhibition materials (posters, samples, brochures, etc.).
Job Requirements
A. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
B. Language: Native English speaker; fluency in a second foreign language: Italian, French, German, Arabic, etc., is a priority.
C. Physical Health: Able to travel in Europe for a business trip and attend the exhibition;
Working Hours: 8 am to 430 pm Monday to Friday
Junior Sales
- Requirements: Inexperienced or recent graduates are welcome to apply. Familiar with business document writing, possessing good learning ability and a strong sense of responsibility.
