Working Pattern: 28 Hours per weekWeek 1: Sat, Sun and Wed 9.00am - 5.30pmWeek 2: Fri, Tue, Wed and Thur 9.00am - 5.30pm Rewards: 20 days annual leave (pro rata)Company Pension Scheme Employee Assistance Program to support your health & wellbeing Financial Education/Financial wellbeing advisory serviceCompany Events The Role: To ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard, ensuring all HACCP regulations are adhered toEnsure all food is prepped and ready for serviceEnsure the team are providing the highest level of customer service in a consistent approach to anyone who uses the facilityWork as part of the team to ensure the service is delivered on timeCompleting any administration as requested which may include ordering all stock for the unitComplete bookwork procedures in line with company requirementsReport defective equipment, work and floor surfacesEnsure the opening and closing of all food outlets are carried out in accordance with Company procedures.Manage the team effectively to ensure all service areas are fully stocked and well presentedEnd of month duties to be completed on the last day of the monthThe Person: Previous experience working within a face paced catering/ hospitality environment.Demonstratable knowledge of HACCPPrevious management/ supervisory experienceExcellent communication and organisational skillsPrevious experience working in contract cateringNVQ level 2&3 or City & Guilds 706/ 1&2 or aboveBasic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work, instructions and communicating with customer on a day-today basis.The Mount Charles Group is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
