New Homes Sales Executive

We are recruiting a New Homes Sales Executive to manage sales activity across new build developments, delivering private sale, shared ownership and other affordable home ownership products. This role is responsible for driving plot sales from first enquiry through to reservation and completion, while maintaining high standards of customer service and brand representation.

What you’ll be responsible for

*

Selling all available plots across private sale, shared ownership and other tenure types

*

Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry to legal completion

*

Promoting and referring customers to panel mortgage brokers and solicitors in line with agreed processes

*

Negotiating with customers to achieve the best commercial outcome

*

Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints, resolving issues and escalating where required

*

Developing and managing customer contact plans to support launches and sales campaigns

*

Maintaining accurate sales pipelines, forecasts and plot availability within CRM systems

*

Recording all customer interactions and follow-up actions to ensure data accuracy and compliance

*

Gathering market intelligence and competitor activity to support sales and marketing planning

*

Preparing reservation paperwork and supporting documentation using standard office systems

*

Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements

*

Representing the organisation professionally on site and when working remotely

What we’re looking for

*

Proven experience in property sales and marketing

*

Strong knowledge of private sale, shared ownership and Help to Buy or similar schemes

*

Experience working with solicitors, mortgage brokers, agents and surveyors

*

Strong customer service and negotiation skills

*

Confident working independently on site and representing the company brand

*

Comfortable managing multiple plots, pipelines and priorities

*

Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel

*

Strong written and verbal communication skills

*

Willingness to travel across the region and work flexibly, including occasional evenings and Sundays

*

Professional and presentable at all times, including adherence to dress code or uniform requirements

This is a site-based role suited to someone who can take ownership of sales performance, manage complex customer journeys and consistently deliver against targets
