Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a global law firm who are looking to hire a HR Administrator (Dutch Speaking), to join their Global HR Operations team in Birmingham City Centre.
The Role: HR Administrator
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Creating and issuing contracts of employments
2. Manage the on-boarding process
3. Process maternity, absence and holiday paperwork
4. Oversee the leavers process
5. Assist in smooth operations of new starter inductions
About You
This role is ideal for someone who speaks Dutch and is looking to gain valuable skills:
6. ESSENTIAL – MUST BE DUTCH SPEAKING
7. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
8. Good IT skills with the ability to manage systems and records.
9. A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
10. Experience working within a fast paced team
11. HR experience is beneficial but not necessary
