Core Responsibilities & Scope
* Team Commander: Direct line management of Caretaking staff, overseeing daily operational schedules, and monitoring performance.
* Compliance Chief: Responsibility for security systems, external gates, and conducting regular site inspections and statutory H&S checks.
* Repair Responder: Managing planned and reactive maintenance, overseeing high quality of minor repairs, and coordinating large works with the Business Manager.
