Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a 35-week project based in Aldershot, Hampshire.
This role is initially a temporary position, with the potential for ongoing work following the completion of the project.
Project details:
• Complete fit-out and office new build
• Project value circa £1.1m+
• MOD / secure environment
Key requirements:
• Proven experience working as a Site Manager
• MOD experience is essential
• Ability to oversee works on site and manage subcontractors
• Strong understanding of programme delivery
• Good communication and organisational skills
Additional information:
• The role will require security vetting, which can take up to two weeks
• Rates are negotiable and dependent on experience
