We are pleased to offer an exciting and challenging opportunity to become part of our compassionate, dedicated and patient‑centred Site Management team. We are looking to appoint a Matron for Clinical Site Management based at Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital.
We seek an exceptional individual passionate about leading the team to deliver safe, effective clinical care to patients, making a positive difference to the patient’s experience. As Deputy Head of Site you will ensure that all services are delivered in line with agreed performance, financial and government objectives whilst ensuring the workforce is professionally led and managed to develop a highly motivated and empowered team.
Suitable candidates will demonstrate strong operational management skills with a positive “can do” attitude, be a clinical expert and possess an in‑depth understanding of service functionality and improvement. They will have a proven track record of change management and demonstrate excellent leadership skills to take the nursing teams forward. Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will act as the professional lead, providing advice, leadership development, monitoring and management of all clinical site resources for general acute site flow services within the designated hospital site, to facilitate excellent flow and team management whilst ensuring the delivery of a high quality, patient‑centred service.

* Degree or equivalent in Nursing with current NMC Registration
* Track record of continuous professional and management development
