Sales Executive – £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)
Bonus: monthly and annual bonus based on company performance.
Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off; weekend work involved.
Responsibilities
* Buy cars and ensure efficient running of the branch; act as the main point of contact for customers.
* Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
* Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
Requirements
* Current full UK manual driving licence.
* Experience in a target‑driven environment.
* Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
* Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
* Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
* Excellent administration and IT skills.
