This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking Site Manager to add a major name to their CV and play a key role in the successful delivery of upcoming residential developments. The Role: Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Managing all site labour, including sub-contractors. Driving the build programme to meet or exceed agreed timescales. Ensuring quality control across all stages of construction. Maintaining a safe, tidy and well-organised site at all times. Ensuring plant and machinery are used safely and efficiently. Maintaining all site records, registers and filing systems. Checking timesheets and keeping safety, scaffold and plant registers up to date. Providing coaching and guidance to the Assistant Site Manager. What We Are Looking For: Extensive experience in new-build housing construction. The ability to work on your own initiative with a proactive, driven approach. Strong relationship-building skills with sub-contractors and suppliers. Up-to-date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates. Interested?
