Monday to Thursday 09:00am - 17:00pm, Friday 09:00am - 15:00pm.
Salary - £28,000 + Fantastic Workplace Benefits
PURPOSE OF ROLE
As innovate continues to grow and develop, we are searching for an assistant Office Co Ordinator. It will be your remit to support multiple departments here at innovate by handling administrative, logistical and operational tasks for the team.
DUTIES
1. Create and maintain databases, records, documents on innovates CRM
2. Manage schedules, arrange logistics and organise meetings with the hire & sales departments when required
3. Cover hire enquiries on Thursdays & Fridays for the hire dept.
4. Cover sales enquiries in the afternoons Monday - Thursday for the sales dept.
5. Handle calls, emails, quotations, in a time manner
6. Monitor project requests and ensure deadlines are met
7. Liaise and communicate with team members, clients and suppliers,
8. Order supplies, equipment and other necessary materials
9. Generate reports for weekly meetings
10. And any other duties
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
11. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
12. Strong verbal and written communication skills
13. Proficient with standard office software such as Microsoft Office [ Word, Excel, Outlook]
14. The ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
15. Problem solving skills and the ability to find solutions
16. A proactive and professional and positive attitude
17. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
18. An interest in developing knowledge within the Construction industry
