Siemens Energy is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and develop the quality function across all manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
* Define and implement a compelling quality vision and strategy aligned with operational goals and customer expectations; represent the quality function in senior leadership forums and cross‑functional initiatives.
* Oversee the development and maintenance of ISO‑compliant QMS across all manufacturing sites; ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance through internal, external, and supplier audits.
* Embed quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle; lead FMEA, control plans, and root‑cause analysis; collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to resolve issues and improve yield.
* Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies; lead cross‑functional workshops and data‑driven projects to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and enhance efficiency.
* Mentor and lead Quality Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors; foster a culture of accountability and learning; implement training programs to build expertise in quality tools and behaviours.
* Define and track KPIs such as PPM, COPQ, audit results, and customer complaints; report performance to executive leadership and initiate corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in leading quality functions within manufacturing environments, with a strategic focus on operational excellence and compliance.
* Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D problem‑solving, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive robust quality systems and continuous improvement.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation and build strong cross‑functional relationships.
* Experienced in leading cross‑functional teams and driving cultural change to embed quality ownership and enhance organisational performance.
