We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage works on a school in Sutton. Enhanced DBS required. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work is progressing safely and according to plan * Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations * Coordinate logistics and site resources * Ensure quality control and timely completion of scheduled works * Report progress to the project team and address any on-site issues promptly Requirements: * CSCS card * SMSTS * First Aid * Proven experience in site supervision, ideally within school or institutional environments. * Strong IT skills
