What You'll do?
The Human Resources Officer will have a multifaceted position, responsible for both Human Resources and Payroll functions.
The Cluster HR Officer will provide a comprehensive, confidential Human Resources service to the Cluster to support achievement of business goals and strategies whilst developing and maintaining positive internal and external customer relationships with associates and managers. The role provides consistently high standard of support, both administrative and non-administrative to the Human Resources department.
The payroll function of the role consists in maintaining and updating employee payroll records and files; reviewing, verifying, and reconcile pay adjustments and other pay-related information; leading payroll preparations and ensuring that actions required by heads of departments are clearly communicated, required data is available for finance’s review by the established deadlines and responds to any enquires efficiently. The HR Officer works closely with the Cluster Finance departments and the above property UK Payroll Team.
The Cluster HR Officer reports directly to the Cluster Human Resources Manager and works closely with the leadership team across the Cluster in driving the below:
6. Assist in resolving employee relations matters, escalating when necessary to the Cluster HR Manager.
7. Support management in coaching, training, and development of employees.
8. Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
9. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives across the Cluster.
10. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
11. Effectively communicate with employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
12. Collaborate with Cluster HR Coordinators and other team members to ensure cohesive HR operations.
13. Actively participate in property and Cluster meetings, initiatives, and TakeCare/ARC activities.
