Overview
This is a key management role, reporting to the Directors and General Manager. The HR Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operational duties, manage teams, and ensure standards, compliance, and performance are maintained across the business.
Main Purpose of the Role
The successful candidate will support the senior leadership team by managing daily operational requirements, leading staff, resolving issues, and helping drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Essential Technical and Management Skills
* Strong understanding and practical application of people management practices
* Leadership and line management experience
* Strong problem‑solving and tactical decision‑making skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including face‑to‑face and telephone communication at all levels
* Knowledge of industry best practice and incident management systems
* Experience in training design and delivery
* Good understanding of current legislation and regulations relevant to the industry
