What You’ll Need:
• Proven B2B sales or telesales experience
• Excellent communication skills and confident phone manner
• Target-driven mindset with strong organisational skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management
Nice to Have:
• Experience selling services into compliance, facilities, or health & safety sectors
• Background in account management or outbound lead generation
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Engage with new and existing clients nationwide to develop strong, long-term relationships
• Create tailored proposals and quotes, presenting solutions that meet client needs
• Close sales confidently while ensuring exceptional customer service
• Maintain and update CRM data with accurate contact details, activity logs, and order records
• Follow up on all leads and communications in line with company procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
• Meet achievable daily KPIs including call volumes, talk time, and conversion rates
• Support the Business Development Executive and Commercial Director with lead follow-ups and client visits where needed
