Job Title: Site Manager
Location: East Midlands, Lincolnshire, Sleaford
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday

Salary: £55,000 - £68,000 Per annum

Company Branding: A National Housing Developer is looking for a Site Manager for a traditional new build housing development in Sleaford. Providing a personal development plan from day one and the opportunity to progress up the ladder to Senior Site Manager / Project Manager within 12 months.
Job Duties:
* Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction site
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Maintain quality control standards and project schedules
* Prepare and manage project budgets
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Resolve any issues that may arise on site
* Report progress to senior management
Required Qualifications:
* SMSTS certification
* CSCS certification
* First Aid certification
* NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
* Valid Driving Licence
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years as a number 1 Site Manager on high volume housing sites.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of new build housing projects
* Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
* Effective communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage and motivate a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience working for a national housing developer
* Additional certifications in construction management
Working Conditions:
This role involves working on-site in various weather conditions and may require occasional travel to different project locations.
