About the role
We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our team and provide essential support across a variety of HR activities. In this role, you’ll work closely with HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise to help deliver great employee experiences and keep our HR operations running smoothly. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, helping guide them through HR processes, systems and day‑to‑day queries. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, managing details accurately, and contributing to meaningful work that impacts our people every day.

Your responsibilities
1. Partner with HR Business Partners to support local HR projects and help bring business goals to life
2. Assist with vendor management for employee services such as benefits or outplacement support
3. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring all documentation and correspondence is complete and compliant
4. Collaborate with HRBPs, Legal Counsel and other partners to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
5. Support the ongoing development and improvement of HR policies, processes and procedures
6. Provide guidance to managers and employees on self‑service HR tools, especially during transitions or system updates
7. Help ensure alignment between HR activities, wider project goals and business priorities
The experience we're looking for
8. Previous experience in delivering work with strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
9. Bring a good understanding of HR policies, processes and employment legislation
10. Can apply their HR knowledge appropriately across a variety of tasks and situations
11. Feel confident advising others and supporting teams on HR compliance and best practice
12. Are proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
13. Previus experience working within a Manufacturing setting
