About the role...
We are seeking an ambitious individual to assist the team with generalist HR responsibilities. You will manage Twinkl's busy HR inbox and be one of the first points of contact for all HR-related queries. The successful candidate will possess a 'Can Do' attitude and will thrive within a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that Twinkl remains a happy and positive workplace, ensuring that team members are able to produce their best work in order to help teachers and children all over the world.
Key Responsibilities...
* Managing the HR inbox as the first point of contact.
* Ensuring the internal HR system is kept up to date with regular changes, new starters and leavers.
* Administering HR documents and contracts.
* Maintain accurate electronic personal files.
* Preparing and checking payroll information.
* Provide support to ad-hoc HR projects.
* Perform any other administrative duties when needed.
Core Skills...
* Previous experience within an administration position.
* Proven experience in keeping accurate records and handling sensitive information.
* Proven administration skills with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent organisation and an ability to prioritise your own changing workload.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a good understanding of Employee Relations.

* Is organised, able to work to deadlines, and manages time effectively.

Requirements...
We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:
* GCSE A-C in English and Maths (or equivalent).
* An Undergraduate or Master's degree in HR would be beneficial but not essential.
* CIPD Qualified or part qualified would be beneficial but not essential.
* Demonstrable experience within the HR industry.
