We are seeking a Head of People Experience to lead and develop this function, reporting directly to the HR Director. The role involves evolving and streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency. The successful candidate will also oversee the implementation and integration of a new HR system, requiring prior experience in HR system deployment. Summary of the role and key responsibilities
* Develop and execute HR Operations strategies aligned with broader HR initiatives.
* Lead and nurture a high-performing HR Operations team, encouraging continuous improvement.
* Manage core HR services and the employee lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and governance standards.
* Serve as the escalation point for operational HR issues and employee inquiries.
* Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to enhance payroll processes, reporting, and communication.
* Review and optimize benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
* Maintain GDPR-compliant employee data management systems.
* Establish HR metrics and KPIs to monitor performance and provide strategic insights.
* Advance HR technology to promote automation, efficiency, and improved user experience.
* Implement best practices in HR policies and process improvements to elevate service delivery.
* Advise senior leaders on HR operational matters, building trusted relationships.
* Partner with internal teams and external providers to optimize HRIS, payroll, benefits, and reward systems.
Key skills required
* Proven leadership experience in HR Operations.
* Expertise in HR technology, HRIS implementation, and process automation.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
* Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR governance.
* Analytical skills with experience in developing and utilizing HR metrics.
