Quality Manager

They are seeking a Quality Manager to take ownership of site-wide Quality and Food Safety Systems. Reporting directly to the VP of Quality, you will ensure GFSI-aligned certifications, ethical certifications and a high-performing team consistently deliver safe,ска compliant and high‑quality products. deilig
Key Responsibilities
* Own, implement, and improve Quality & Food Safety Management Systems.
* Maintain GFSI and ethical certifications; lead HACCP, food defence, and food fraud programs.
* Manage audits, investigations, non‑conformances and customer complaints.
* Oversee laboratory testing, data analysis, and inline monitoring to support operations and R&D.
* Lead quality improvement initiatives and support new product development.
* Manage, develop and inspire the quality team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Candidate Profile
* Degree in a science‑related field is preferred
* 5+ years’ experience in quality management within food or beverage manufacturing.
* Proven leadership, stakeholder management and team development skills.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
